What is a benchmark scan?

A benchmark scan is figment taking a hard look at what's working across the accounts you track. It ranks the recent posts from all your benchmarks by engagement, then studies your top performers much more closely: the visuals, the words, and the sound or subtitles. You get a digest that explains the patterns and what to try in your own posts.
How figment uses it
Each scan uses one credit. The first pass covers every recent post so nothing slips through, and the deep pass spends figment's heavier analysis where it counts, on the posts actually pulling numbers. How many it studies closely depends on your plan. The digest at the end isn't raw data. It's a short read on what's working, plus the moves worth making.
